Twenty-five years in business is an accomplishment worth celebrating. Having a team member who has been there for nearly every one of those years makes the milestone even more meaningful.
This year, Helwig Auto Clinic is celebrating 25 years of serving Mount Horeb and the surrounding communities. Since opening its doors in 2001, the shop has grown and evolved, weathered challenges, and had the opportunity to serve generations of local families. Through all that change, the people surrounding the business have remained at the heart of its story.
“Our team, our customers, our local business partners, and our community have all played a part in our journey,” the Helwig team shared. “We are especially grateful for the trust placed in us every day to care for the vehicles, and the families, who depend on us.”
But the shop isn’t celebrating just one 25-year milestone this year.
Tracey Frame joined Helwig Auto Clinic shortly after the shop opened in 2001. Now, as the business celebrates its anniversary, Tracey is marking 25 years as a member of the Helwig team as well.
For a locally owned business, an employee reaching that kind of milestone carries special meaning. Over the years, Tracey has grown alongside the shop while serving its customers and community as a service advisor.
“In a small community, relationships mean so much,” the Helwig team shared. “We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, hard work, and the many years he has spent serving our customers and community alongside us.”
Tracey’s anniversary also reflects something larger about Helwig Auto Clinic’s 25-year journey. While buildings, technology, vehicles, and the automotive industry itself may change, long-lasting relationships remain central to a shop and its place in the community.
For the Helwig team, reaching 25 years isn’t simply about how long the doors have been open.
“Twenty-five years is more than a number,” they shared. “It represents relationships, hard work, dedication, and a community that has supported us along the way.”
That sense of community extends beyond Helwig Auto Clinic itself. When asked what being part of MWACA means to the shop, their answer was fittingly simple: “Being part of a community of other shops!”
As Helwig Auto Clinic looks toward the years ahead, this anniversary offers an opportunity to recognize everyone who helped build the first 25: the employees who have dedicated their careers to the shop, the customers who have trusted the team with their vehicles, the local businesses and organizations that have worked alongside them, and the community that has supported them since 2001.
And this year, there may be no better representation of that journey than Tracey Frame, whose own 25-year milestone has grown right alongside Helwig’s.
