Meet Reggie Stewart

Building Success Through Curiosity, Grit, and Community

For Reggie Stewart, the automotive industry wasn’t just a career path — it was a natural fit. A self-described lifelong “car guy” with an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for fixing things, Reggie turned his passion into a profession more than 20 years ago. Today, he serves as Co-Chair of the Indianapolis chapter while leading Reggie’s Motorworks & The Noble Mechanic.

What makes Reggie’s story especially inspiring is the path he took to get there. “I’ve never worked in a shop aside from my own and had no professional training prior to starting my business,” he shares. That kind of journey takes confidence, determination, and a willingness to keep learning — qualities that continue to shape Reggie’s approach to leadership and business ownership today.

When asked about his favorite success tool, Reggie points to something many great leaders have in common: “Listening to others and hiring coaches.” It’s a simple philosophy, but one that reflects humility, growth, and the understanding that success is rarely built alone.

Outside of work, Reggie enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and just about anything with an engine. Whether he’s camping or tinkering on a project over the weekend, his love for hands-on work and adventure carries far beyond the shop walls.

MWACA is proud to spotlight leaders like Reggie Stewart — individuals who prove that passion, persistence, and a willingness to learn can build something truly remarkable.
